Shipping & Handling

Keene Lane Co products are made to order and/or are handmade in small batches. Keene Lane Co must process and produce your order before we can ship it.  The following are the estimated times it takes us to prepare your order and place it with a carrier for delivery:

• Standard US: 4 to 10 business days
• Expedited US: 3 to 5 business days
• Overnight US: 1 to 2 business days

Once your order has been placed with a delivery carrier, the amount of time it will take to receive your package will depend on the shipment method you selected.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before ordering. Keene Lane Co is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.
